Safeguarding and DBS

Safeguarding refers to the process of protecting children (and vulnerable adults) to provide safe and effective care. This includes all procedures designed to prevent harm to a child or vulnerable adult.

As part of helping instructors ensure they operate legally and safely, we now offer Enhanced DBS checks for England and Wales.

These services are both provided through our Safeguarding partner, Sport Wales.
